To Map of Outing

The Grand Galbert is next to the Taillefer, from there you get a nice view of Chamrousse, the ski station next to Grenoble. The big advantage is that it is a non-classic, so you don't really see much people there. Being Spring skiing, we do have to carry the skis some, but only 10 minutes, then 1 minute, then 1 minute as we ski up one snowfield and switch to another (sometimes one is plain lazy and walks up through grass with the skis). The way down is equally fun.
