To Map of Outing

Les Calanques are 4.5 hours away, it allows climbing even when it's cold in Lyon. I went down for a weekend with Yan and Remi. Saturday we did some "couenning"(?) which means something like just sport climbing at the local crag; and Sunday we did a long route at the Calanques. I will not talk about how long it took for Yan and his buddy to decide which route we were going to do (hours (really) of back and forth negotiations... oh that is too easy, oh that is too hard, oh that is not exposed to the sun, there is loose rock, forever.

Fortunately, the climb we did was really fun.
