To Map

We did a 2 day avalanche and snow stage. Saturday was theory in a class room, lots of slides and taking about transformation of the snow. Sunday (12/12) we went out and did a little practice with the ARVAs (used to search for victims in an avalanche). It is tricky and takes a lot of practice to be fast and efficient. We did a couple of group exercises were we hid 5 ARVAs. Overall I learned a lot of things, very useful.
